Hello and welcome to my kitchen trials!
Here's what you might want to know: I love to cook! And although it doesn't always turn out right, it doesn't stop me from continuing to try new things, or figuring out how to improve my fails (if the recipe is really THAT good!).
As I come from the Eastern part of Europe, I prefer to try Old World favourites. But from time to time you WILL see internnational cuisine here as well. I'll try to post photos along this my explanation as much as possible (which, of course, isn't always possible in the kitchen). I'll try to post my fails as well, to figure out what went wrong; maybe, someone out there will point me in the right direction :)
